Terms & Conditions

Welcome to abc99, Bangladesh's trusted online betting and live casino platform. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the abc99 website, mobile experience, and all associated services. By registering an account, accessing our games, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by every clause contained herein.

These terms apply to all players accessing abc99 from Bangladesh, including those in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh. abc99 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

1. Eligibility & Age Requirements

abc99 is strictly an adult entertainment platform. To create an account and participate in any real-money activity on abc99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the service:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. abc99 enforces a strict 21+ policy. Underage gambling is illegal and strictly prohibited.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local laws.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual, not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, and you must not be a current employee or direct family member of an abc99 employee.

2. Account Registration & Verification

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on abc99. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same email address, same device, or same payment method — is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts without prior notice.

abc99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of your account's lifecycle. This includes, but is not limited to, a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to complete verification to abc99's satisfaction may result in the restriction of deposits, withdrawals, and bonus eligibility.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Providing false or misleading information is strictly prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.
• abc99 must be notified immediately via [email protected] if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorization.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

abc99 supports a range of local and international payment methods to serve players across Bangladesh. Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the ৳ symbol.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account name used for the original deposit (the return-to-source principle). abc99 does not accept third-party payments on behalf of players. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the account dashboard at the time of the transaction.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

abc99 offers a welcome bonus and ongoing promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be displayed at the time the offer is activated. The following general rules apply to all promotions:

• Bonus funds are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Each promotion is available to one account per household, IP address, or device. Systematic misuse may result in account closure.
• abc99 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion without prior notice if circumstances warrant.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to their own maximum win caps and expiry dates as stated in the individual offer terms.

Players who attempt to abuse bonus offers through hedging, arbitrage betting, or any other scheme intended to exploit promotional mechanics will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts reviewed for potential suspension.

5. Responsible Gaming

abc99 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices across Bangladesh. We believe that betting should be an enjoyable leisure activity and not a source of financial hardship or personal distress. abc99 provides players with tools to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Players can contact our support team at [email protected] to activate any of these tools.

Players who believe their gambling may be causing harm to themselves or those around them are strongly encouraged to visit our Responsible Gaming page or to contact our support team directly for confidential assistance. abc99 cooperates with responsible gaming best practices and encourages any player in need to seek help without hesitation.

6. Prohibited Activities

To maintain the integrity and security of the abc99 platform, the following activities are strictly forbidden. Engaging in any prohibited activity may lead to the immediate termination of your account, forfeiture of any outstanding balances or bonuses, and a permanent ban from the platform.
